Hi. I am having a problem sleeping at night. I have tried natural, herbal remedies, over the counter you name it I have tried it. I finally was prescribed temazepam and it really worked for me. It is hard to get a prescription for this. I was very careful and did not take it everyday. The last time I took it was about 2 years ago.
